Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- Wrong Product: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, you may request a return.
- Damaged Product: In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return.
- Expired Product: If you receive a product that is expired, we will gladly accept a return.
Return Request Procedure
Customers may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date for reasons such as wrong product or expired product. In the case of a damaged product, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return request, please contact our customer service team at help@caffiglo.com. Please provide your order number and details of the issue with the product. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with further instructions.
Refunds
Upon approval of your return request, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase and will take 5-7 business days to get back to your account as per the RBI regulations.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return procedure outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
